When we send you the offer, ALL end buyer or authorized mandate must go through NTSL qualifying process so we can get to know you and then we will connect buyer to seller so that seller will issue FCO or SPA to expedite the deal to a swift close. Each seller also has its own acceptance process and procedures and buyer must follow these non-negotiable seller's procedures and acceptance process. Our sellers will never work with buyer's procedures. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US IF YOU CANNOT WORK WITH THIS PROCEDURE.
