buyer if needed.
2. Buyer has the fund ready to finance the purchase.
We can also help with financing
your purchase if needed.
3. Buyer is willing to pay the Russian Ministry one time
fee for securing product allocation and legalizing
contract document. No POP and other key
documents will be released by the Ministry to
seller until fee is paid.
